Dylan Rafaty-Employement for People with Disabilities-February 9, 2019
Dylan M. Rafaty who self-identifies as a person with a disability due to a congenital hearing impairment. The business (DylanListed) is focused on promoting opportunities for gainful employment for active job seekers who self-identify as persons with a disability. The business launched in 2013 by offering a smart online recruitment site dedicated to job seekers with disabilities who self-identify. Since 2015, the business pivoted and the focus now is on empowering an important segment of the talent pool of the future, namely empowering the special needs youth in high school to smartly prepare for the transition to employment after the student leaves high school.
Lunch will be provided for a time of Q and A.

You can connect with our experts by attending our breakout sessions, where you will learn about valuable resources and ask any questions you may have. You can also connect with any of the exhibitors we will have on hand that day. To really connect the dots, you have to have a little fun, so we have arranged for some cool activities for the kids! No registration needed.

The Parent Coordination Network and the Texas Education Agency, in collaboration with the Right Question Institute, present the Webinar Series: Building Stronger School-Family Partnerships.
Nationally acclaimed speakers, Luz Santana, Co-Director & Author and Siyi Chu, Project Coordinator with the Right Question Institute, will help participants understand how The Right Question School-Family Partnership Strategy can be used as a pathway for educators and parents to work more effectively with each other – to improve communication, increase parent participation, nurture engagement, and engender better partnerships.
There will be two series:
- One for Educators, with the first webinar quickly approaching on Monday, February 25; and
- One for Parents, premiering in April.
