Reminder: ALL STUDENTS, hybrid and remote, must have a flu shot as mandated by the Governor by December 31st. Flu shots must be documented in our nurses office by the 31st. Please send documentation to Kwilson1@dcrsd.org, or by sending it to school with your child. You may also mail documentation to Kathy Wilson, Dudley Elementary School, 16 School St. Dudley, MA 01571.

Mitigating Strategies Are Incredibly Important...Now More Than Ever

Practicing mitigating strategies have been important since the onset of the pandemic. The need to tighten and consistently follow these procedures will be incredibly important over the next few weeks as we see more and more coronavirus cases in the community.

Please remind your children that masks must be worn at all times. We have recently had a few reports of students taking their masks off while on the bus. It is very important that students continue wearing masks until they are off the bus and safely away from others.

Please continue to be role models for your children by practicing the mitigating strategies above. Together, we can try and achieve the healthiest environment for our students.

Important: Unified Arts Classes will be ASYNCHRONOUS This Week At Dudley EL!

At Dudley Elementary School this week, Music, Art, PE, and Health classes will be asynchronous or independently followed. UA teachers will be posting links to their classwork in the UA Google classroom.

UA Teachers have graciously accepted my offer to cover live in person classes throughout the week to assist classroom teachers who will be administering important reading assessments. The UA teachers are thrilled to be seeing students in person and the teachers are thankful for the time to read with individual students.

Please let your child know they should check the UA google classroom for their assignments, but they will not be using a link this week.

Thank You!

Join Maggie Montville's Holiday Card Drive

Maggie Montville, daughter of our own Grade 2 teacher Michelle Montville, is organizing a card drive as part of a service project. Maggie is hoping to inspire our youngsters to make cards for the elderly who may not have family or friends to celebrate the holidays. This is a great way to support our greater community. Please see below for details.
