Have you thought about getting a Masters?

The M.Ed. in Reading at ETSU is a mostly on-line program of study intended for working teachers who seek to learn how to diagnose students' reading difficulties and design targeted instructional strategies to address students' strengths and needs. The program is nationally recognized by the International Literacy Association as a program that consistently and adequately prepares individuals who can assume specialized roles in the literacy classroom, specifically reading specialists and literacy coaches.

There are individuals who are full-time (9 hours) and if a full-time candidate takes summer courses, they are able to complete the degree in four consecutive semesters.
