* I am pleased to announce that the Clarksburg principal, Tara Barnes, has accepted a new position as Director of Pupil Services for NBSU. Her tenure will begin on July 1st, and I am sure you join me in welcoming her to Savoy, as she supports our special education program.
Planning Ahead:
* Progress reports will be sent home on Thursday, May 12th.
* We are tentatively scheduled to go on a whole-school field trip to Grafton Lake State Park in Grafton, NY on Tuesday, June 7th. Families will be welcome to attend, but will be responsible for the cost of parking. All students will need to bring a bagged lunch for this trip. More information will be coming your way. A link to the park's website is below, if you would like more information.
* After Care Families - Please note that the last day for the program will be Friday, 6/10. There will be no care available on our last day of school, 6/13, which is a half day of school.
A Note from Nurse Jacquelyn:
* We have an excess of COVID testing kits, so we are sending one test kit home with every student today. Please check your child's backpack when they get home this afternoon and feel free to use the kits for your own personal use.
Have a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Tierney
