In Order To Grow We Have To Reflect & Redefine...
Staff:
I want to personally thank all of you for making last week's transition so smooth. After all, it did seem like we were off for a long time. Needless to say, your efforts didn't go unnoticed. The month of January will fly by and before you know it, we will be staring into the eyes of Febraury vacation. The time between now and then is imperative for all of us to maximize the overall learning for our students. Please continue to structure your lessons to meet students' skill-based needs. Also, be sure to enrich your lessons as needed to challenge your higher level thinkers. As we all know, learning has fluidity to it and it has to fluctuate. I often stop and think about how lucky we are to have so many educators that truly understand this concept. This is why we are such a good school. Keep looking at your craft and adjusting as needed.
