Repeat: NEWS FROM THE HEALTH ROOM
News from the Health Room
Cold and flu season is upon us!
District guidelines state a student with a fever is to stay home until he/she has been fever free (less than 100.4°), without fever reducing medication for twenty-four hours. Your student may return to school if his/her temperature has been under 100.4F for a full 24 hours without fever reducing medication. If a student goes home from school due to a fever, they may not return the following day. Please call Mrs. Kimbrel in the health room at 359-4374 with questions.
This guideline is for your student's protection as well as the health of other students. An extra day at home may help prevent reoccurrence of illness and promotes a healthy learning environment for all. We want ALL of our Eagles to stay as healthy as possible!
