Help with resetting your RCS password

  • After the 6-12 student completes the registration process, they can use the following link http://aka.ms/sspr or click on "Can't access your account?" on the sign-on page to reset or unlock your account from any device.

Creating strong passwords

Your RCS password must be at least 6 characters, include letters and numbers, and you cannot reset your RCS password to any of your three previous passwords.

Some tips for strong passwords:

  • Include a mixture of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Do not use your name, your birthdate, or the word password
  • Use a phrase instead of just a word
