Hawaii Five-0 vs Bones

Surfing in the sun vs the Nitty-gritty in the city

Hawaii Five-0

Hawaii Five-0 is a crime show that is shot on the Hawaii island. The main characters are officer Steve Mcgarret, Daniel Williams, Kono Kalakaua, Chin Ho Kelly, Kamekona, and Adam Noshimuri. In my opinion this is a very awesome show because it's fast paced and suspenseful. It has crime, action, romance, and comedy. The main plot is to find murders on the island, and to keep them from killing another victim. Hawaii Five-0 has gained popularity since it came on in 2011.

Bones is a crime show that is about a married couple and their job working as partners in a crime lab in Washington D.C.. The main characters are Dr. Brennan Booth "Bones", Seeley Booth, Angela Montenegro, Jack Hogans, Dr. Camille Saroyan, and Lance Sweets. The core conflict is uncovering clues to solve a variety of murders. In my opinion this is an interesting program because you have to put the mystery together, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. This series has been on since 2005. Bones is a crime, action, romance, and comedy show.

Hawaii Five-0 vs Bones

When these two shows are compared they have a lot in common. Both of these programs have action, crime, comedy, and a little romance. They each have two or more main characters that the story lines revolve around. In contrast Bones has been on for ten years, and Hawaii Five-0 has only been on for four years. Hawaii Five-0 seeks to solve the crime by hunting the criminal down, trapping and cornering them, and tricking them into custody. While on the other hand Bones main action is based on discovering clues, putting them together like a puzzle, using the clues as a map to discover the criminal, and arresting him. Overall they are similar in many ways, but still completely different enough that you don't loose interest.
