Winter Break December 21-January 4. Students return January 5.

Any student will be sent home if he or she has a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, or signs and symptoms of a possible communicable disease. Please keep student home until they remain fever-free for 24 hours without the aid of medication and are free of vomiting or diarrhea symptoms for 24 hours prior to returning to school.

Have your very own winter- themed holiday photo shoot with Leo and Tucker, our therapy dogs! We will be donating all proceeds to the Violet Fire Dept. Toy Drive to support families in need in our community! See the flyer below for more details.

We will be collecting toys and other items for the Toys for Tots Holiday Drive November 28th – December 14th. Please consider donating new toys OR any of the much needed items below:

• Headphones / Earbuds

• Video games or game related items

• Bath and body related gift sets (male and female)

• Hair care or fashion accessory items for girls

• Diapers/ Baby related items

Pickerington families please mark your calendar for December 12th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. PLSD will celebrate families, students and staff at the 2nd Annual Night of Engagement that will be held at the Wigwam. Dr. Briggs will share, "What our families and tax payers can expect from the passage of our bond issue." The fun and fellowship will begin with highlighting our talented musicians, the Masked Singers, Kahoot and plenty of refreshments for everyone. Let us represent Sycamore Creek Elementary.
