Cyberbullying Isnt Cool!

What is Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is the use of any electronic device to sendf mean, threatining or intimidating. Examples of cyberbullying include mean text messages or emails, rumors sent by email or posted on social networking sites, and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles. "95% of social media-using teens who have witnessed cruel behavior on social networking sites say they have seen others ignoring the mean behavior; 55% witness this frequently!" People get bullyed for so many reasons. Cyberbullying all ties in with discrimination. Discrimination is cruel treatment with different catgories; like differnet race, religion, age, or gender.
How People Cyberbully Others.
- Pretend they are other people
- Spread lies and rumors about people
- Trick people into revealing personal information
- Send or forward mean text messages
- Post pictures of victims without their consent
- They "hate" them.
"When teens were asked why they think others cyberbully, 81 percent said that cyberbullies think it’s funny. Other teens believe that youth who cyberbully."
