IMPORTANT! Lunch must be pre-ordered in the Nutrislice menu site / mobile app. We encourage all students to set up their own accounts and utilize their Chromebooks to place their orders. Tips and how-to instructions are included at the links below.
Students may order up to 10 days in advance and all orders are due no later than 8:30am the day of service. At this time, only a complete meal can be selected. Meals will be separated by teacher and delivered to the classroom or designated dining area.
If a student brings a home lunch and wishes to purchase a milk or juice to accompany their meal, we will provide instructions on site as details will vary by dining location and funds must be available on the student’s account to purchase. COVID-19 INFORMATION
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding as we all continue to respond to the unexpected invasion of COVID-19. PRMS is looking forward to seeing your child/children back in the classroom whenever that occurs. I know you have a lot of questions and concerns about what the day might look like for your child once in-person learning begins. Want to reassure you that while we are in the business of education, our first priority is providing a healthy and safe environment for all students and staff.
Teachers and all staff have been provided with a Basic First Aid Protocol to follow. Providing Basic First Aid in the classroom and limiting interruptions to promote a successful learning environment has always been our practice. We want you to be aware that providing first aid in the classroom will very likely be more common during this time. Our goal is to limit exposure to COVID-19 not limit healthcare. Our school nurse will be in the building and available to assess and intervene at any time a teacher or staff member feels that the situation cannot be managed in the classroom or the concern has not been resolved.
I am also writing to share more details about face masks. What qualifies as a face mask? Your mask should:
· Cover your nose and mouth at all times
· Not fall down
· Fit snug to your face with no gaps
· Be comfortable so you are able to wear it all day
· Not hurt your ears
· Meet school dress code (no inappropriate images/words on the mask)
Please know that masks with valves will only be allowed if they contain a filter. A replacement mask will be given to those who arrive at school with a valved mask that does not contain a filter.
The purpose of the mask is to be a barrier to prevent droplets from being exhaled. The valves allow droplets to be exhaled when breathing which defeats the purpose of wearing a mask.
Thank you so much for your flexibility and understanding during this pandemic. We are all in this together! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
