LECC Tiger Talk

Principal's Message
What a great first couple of days with our little Tigers!! Students are learning routines, procedures, classroom expectations, and how to do their best here at LECC. Our teachers are building relationships and learning about your child/children and that will continue to grow throughout the school year. Building great relationships with your child/children will promote our core values of Care, Respect, and Responsibility. When your child feels safe and comfortable at school, that is when the real learning will happen!!
I'm sure your child has been extremely tired when getting home and that is 100% normal. They are working so hard to follow many directions throughout the day, so it will take some time for them to build that endurance. Keep those bedtimes nice and early, as that will help your child with energy during the school day.
Next week on 8/24/23, you will see the Loveland Fire Department and Police Department in the parking lot, as we will have our first Fire Drill. No worries, this is just part of our practice to work collaboratively to ensure we are following procedures and protocol. We will have monthly drills and I will make families aware of these drills when then occur.
The LECC staff is so excited for the year to start off on a great note, so THANK YOU for sharing your child/children with us!! Have a fantastic first weekend. Below are some pictures of our first couple of days. Enjoy:)
As always, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
