SHS Weekly Update
2/24/23
SHS Packer Robotics finished strong in the Mountain Farm VEX Robotics Tournament at Hugenot High School in Richmond, VA. Out of 28 teams, this rookie team went into the elimination round of the tournament as a seventh seed, but lost in a really close match 73-81.

Early Release/Late Arrival
If a student has early release or late arrival in their current schedule, the appropriate paperwork is due to the counseling office by February 27. If the form is not received, then classes will be added to the student's schedule. If the student needs a blank copy, they can stop by the counseling office.
Boys/Girls State Applications
Virginia Boys and Girls State applications are available in the counseling office. These are due on March 1.
SHS Packer Charities Scholarship Application
The deadline for the SHS Packer Charities Scholarship Application has been extended to Friday, March 3, 2023. Click the link below for more information and to download the application.
Senior Recognition Ads
The company that handles senior recognition ads for the yearbook has extended its deadline! Parents now have until March 1st to purchase an ad for the 2023 yearbook. See the attached order form for more details.

Senior Dues: $75 (cash, check, or money order accepted)
Cap and Gown Delivery: Monday, March 27, and Friday, April 21
If you have not placed your cap and gown order on Jostens.com, please due so as soon as possible. If you would like to pay on site, feel free to bring $50 in cash on the dates listed above.
