Cardiovascular
The ability of the heart, lungs and blood vessels to deliver oxygen to your body tissues.
EX:this is a good picture because swimming make your blood rush and all your muscles get to working in the body and have to breath.
muscular strength
as the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance in a single effort.
EX: this is a great picture because he is working out getting his arms stronger. And seeing the amount of weight he can lift.
muscluar endurance
The ability to move your body or an object repeatedly without getting tired. For most activities, you use both muscular strength and endurance.
EX: this picture is a good one because he is playing basketball he is running around and has to try to break his opponent to score on them.
Flexibility
The range of movement possible at various joints.
EX: this is a good picture because it is showing how people stretch out to not pull a muscle and how some people can bend and have their bones strong and healthy.
Body composition
The relative percentage of body fat compared to lean body mass (muscle, bone ,water ,etc.)
EX: this is a great picture because it is showing how little fat she has but at the same time she is in shape.
Speed
The ability to move quickly from one point to another in a straight line.
EX: this is a nice one for an example because he has to be fast to lift his leg over and over again to not step on the ladder and has to beat his best time.
Agility
The ability of the body to change direction quickly.
EX: this is a really good one because he has to touch each cone in two different direction's to go back and forth to test his speed and agility to go for one side to the other.
Balance
The ability to maintain an upright posture while still or moving.
EX: this picture a really great one because he is one a tight rope that many people cant do and not falling off.
Coordination
Integration with hands and\or foot movements with the input of the senses.
EX: this guy is blocking the shot in soccer using his feet and hands so the person won't get a goal.
Reaction time
The time it take to react and move once you realize the need to move.
EX: playing football is good to have a good reaction time because some body could blind side you and you not even see them coming and cutting back and running around and spinning around people to get to the in zone to make touchdown.
Power
The ability to do strength work at an explosive pace.
EX: this one to me is a good one because he is putting pressure on him to push mostly of his body weight up because his legs are not on the ground and they are up so it will b harder to pick his self up.
