The 3rd Amendment
The 3rd amendment says in full "No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."
In other words...
This means that at a time of peace, you can not be forced, by law, to house a soldier.

The 9th Amendment
The 9th amendment in full states "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
In other words...
This means that you as a citizen have the right to more than just the rights in the Constitution. The 9th Amendment also keeps their rights and they can't be taken away.
