Weekly Update (January 18 - January 22)
ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are moving along with chamber music in class and hopefully you are hearing a lot of practice at home of solos! Sign up sheets will be posted late this week for students to sign up for a rehearsal time with their accompanist. Rehearsals will be on Monday, Feb. 1 and Monday, Feb. 8. More details TBA.
Solo & Ensemble: UIL entry fees are due no later than Wednesday, January 20. $13.00 for a solo. Reminder: students must perform a solo/ensemble from the UIL PML for this contest.
*(School@Home students may send payment to the front office of the school during school hours. Please be sure money is in a sealed envelope with "UIL S/E - Band" written on the front and the student's name clearly marked).
School Owned Instrument User Fee: There are several students who still owe this district fee. This MUST be paid by January 30. Please use Rycor to make this yearly fee. Thank you!
UIL Physical and Medical History: Current 9th grade students will only need to complete and submit an updated Medical History form for next year. This is due no later than May 14, 2021. Current 10th grade students will need both the UIL Physical AND Medical History forms for next year. Due date will come from Mr. Lewis at PSHS this spring, however go ahead and plan now to schedule your student's physical (current 10th graders only). More information below!

UIL Physical & Medical History Forms
All current 10th grade students will need BOTH the UIL Physical and updated Medical History form on file for 2021-2022. 10th grade students going to PSHS will submit there forms to Mr. Lewis at PSHS (do NOT use the submission link below...it is only for next year's Clark Band).
