Parent Feedback Survey
Parent Feedback Survey
Dear Parents/Guardians,
The East Hampton Public School District works to ensure the success and achievement of all students by guiding the development and implementation of a shared vision of learning, a strong organizational mission, and high expectations for student performance.
As a collaborative community, we establish and implement best practices to meet the needs of every child in the East Hampton Public Schools. Please take this opportunity to provide feedback about your child's educational experience. If you have more than one child in the district, please consider completing a survey for each child to provide specific information for each school.
Thank you in advance for completing this survey.
