5th Grade Families -- Read Below! Learning Environment Change Request Forms Due TOMORROW!
5TH GRADE FAMILIES ONLY:
If your family wishes to request a change in your child’s learning environment, the request form is open through this Friday, January 8th at 3pm.
As a reminder:
- Grade 5 students who were in person learners during Quarter 2 (before all schools were closed) are set to return to school in person starting Tuesday, January 19th. These students will be expected to return in person every weekday unless a form is submitted to request a change to fully virtual.
- Students who were 100% virtual during Quarter 2 will continue virtually on January 19th unless a form is submitted to request a change to fully in person.
PLEASE NOTE: Whatever learning environment your child is in starting January 19th, that is the learning environment they will participate in for the entire second semester, for the remainder of the school year (through the end of May).
The request form is LINKED HERE, or it can be found on the CIMS Website. You only need to complete the form if you are requesting a change.
As of now, the request form is only open to students in Grade 5, since their in person return date is set for January 19th. We will open the form for grades 6, 7, and 8 later this month, on January 15th.
