Some Common Sense!

Common Sense Media and Common Sense Education provide fantastic resources for teachers, parents, and students. From movie ratings, to lesson plan ideas for your classroom, Common Sense is here to provide our community with the knowledge we need to help our children grow into positive creators and consumers of digital media. In each issue, Common Sense wants to provide quick and accessible resources to use in your classrooms and at home. We'd also love to spotlight the great things happening in our classrooms and school communities here at OPS.

Digital High 5: This Digital High 5 goes to Brad LaChappelle and his students at Druid Hill Elementary (pictured below) for completing their Common Sense Digital Citizenship lessons! You're on your way to being rock-star online community members!

Is your school doing great things with Common Sense Media in your classrooms? Reach out to Keegan Korf (keegan.korf@ops.org or @OPSMrsKorf) to be featured in this section of our newsletter.
