What do you eat on the go?
Do you grab junk food when you are in a hurry? I am going to venture to say that you pick the same 6-10 things every time. What if you made a shift? What if you discovered 6-10 healthy items, that were still quick and easy? My focus for the next several tips will be about eating on the run, and giving your body nutrition at the same time.
