Breakout EDU
Each school in District 64 has its own Breakout EDU kit that holds endless possibilities to get students engaged and learning in a unique way. Each kit includes one wooden Breakout EDU Box, a lock box, various locks, a flash drive, a UV flashlight, and an invisible ink pen. During a Breakout EDU game, participants find clues and solve riddles & puzzles to open locks and achieve a goal.
There is an also an iPad app called Locks that students can use for a digital Breakout EDU experience!
For more information about Breakout EDU and to browse through pre-created Breakout games, sign up at breakoutedu.com/welcome. If you'd like to try it out with your students, I'd be happy to help!
