Why I find this article interesting

On November 4th the Detroit Tigers to be their new manager.  He will be replacing Jim Leyland.  Brad Ausmus is a former MLB catcher who played for Detroit twice in his career.  He played for 17 seasons in the majors.  He made one all star apperance and won three gold gloves.  The Tigers lost to the Boston Red Sox in the 2013 ACLS.  Ausmus has a contract that lasts 3 years with a club option for 2017.

Why This Article Relates to careers

It combines a lot of different jobs.  The front office and GM have to decide if this guy is a good manager and how much to pay him.  The Manager has to try and find winning strategies.  He needs the scouts to find out alot about the other teams.
