Fetal Developments
The steps in which the baby is becoming developed.
Month 1
Your baby is about the size of the top of a golf tee. The baby's brain and spinal cord is beginning to develop, along with the organs. You can now detect a heartbeat.
Month 2
Your baby is now the size of a peanut. The bones and facial features are beginning to form.
Month 3
Your baby is now the size of an iPod earbud. The mouth, lips, teeth buds are beginning to come in. All of the organs are there, but not in the final stages. Their fingers and toes are beginning to form.
Month 4
Your baby is the length of a posted note. The baby starts to move. The facial features become more vivid and the baby can now swallow.
Month 5
Your baby is now the width of a dollar bill. The baby is frequently active and it's body hair is starting to grow.
Month 6
Your baby is now the size of a baseball. You can detect the breathing of your child and the body fat is developing.
Month 7
Your baby is now the size of a softball. The baby is now very active and then it will calm down time to time.
Month 8
Your baby is now the width of a microwave door. The baby's weight increased and moves it's head down in the fetal position.
Month 9
Your child is now the length of a cutting board. The womb is becoming cramped and the baby is now ready to be born.
