Do not send your child to a district facility if he/she has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, exposed to COVID-19, or exhibits symptoms. Please call the school. - In contact with an individual that is confirmed positive for COVID-19
- Currently waiting on COVID-19 test results
COVID-19 self reports are submitted by staff, in-person students, and Alief Learns at Home students. All COVID-19 positive self-reports are communicated in a general notification to staff and families. Any staff or students determined to have been directly exposed will receive an additional notification from the District and/or the school's administration.
All AISD facilities continue to operate within COVID-19 response guidelines aligned with the Texas Education Agency (TEA). The district will thoroughly clean, disinfect, and inspect all potentially exposed areas and equipment as well as common areas around the building.

We are monitoring the number of visitors in the office, please note you may be asked to wait in the front (outside of the front office) until room is available. In addition, please do not enter the school if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibit symptoms. Please call the school.
Item Drop Offs:

2020-2021 Dress Code
Budewig Uniform Policy: Due to many families suffering an economic hardship the last thing I or anyone from Budewig wants is to put any further stress on our families’ pocketbooks. For the 2020-2021 school year we will not require our students to wear a school uniform. They must however still follow all district policies in regards to appropriate attire, hair, shoes, and accessories. Uniform policy can be found on page 22 in Alief Student Handbook.
