Principal's Message
Lisa Dailey, Directora
—----------------------------------
Greetings Hazelbrook Families,
I hope you all have been safe during these latest snow and ice days and have enjoyed the time together. Personally, I’m not fond of the snow but my 10 year old daughter was sure happy to play in the snow. We also took advantage of the unexpected break to play board games and watch movies.
There is a lot to look forward to this month! We kicked March off with a Spring dance this week. Students had a great time with their friends dancing, shooting hoops, and just hanging out listening to the music. It was nice to see them enjoying some down time, especially as we head into state testing season.
PSO is meeting on Tuesday at Hazelbrook at 6:00 pm followed by a Family Night on Wednesday from 6-7 where we’ll play Loteria! These are great opportunities to hear about priorities the school is focused on, share experiences with administrators, and be in community with one another - I hope you can make it!
Take care and have a great week!
Lisa Dailey, Principal

Sign ups started Friday (3/3) morning. Signups will only be in person this season. To make this process more equitable, we will only be taking money in person for the upcoming spring season that began Friday morning, March 3rd.
To get a spot; the activity form, the general liability form, and the Covid liability form must all be filled out, signed, and turned in with payment. If your student didn't get a form, they are available on our HMS website.
Many of our activities have limits, so this process is first come first serve. We hope your child gets involved.
If you need financial assistance with this fee, please see Nelly Mandujano in the counseling office, so you can still get signed up.
If you'd like to donate to sponsor a student, or to help the ASA program in the future, you can now donate online.
Any questions related to ASAs should go to gharrison@ttsd.k12.or.us.

HMS PSO Bottle Drop Program
The PSO now has a Bottle Drop account, and we need your help! Simply stop by the HMS front office to pick up a blue Bottle Drop bag. Take the bag home, fill it up with refundable bottles and cans, then take it in to any Bottle Drop return site to donate directly to the PSO.
The QR code on the bag tells the Bottle Drop staff to open your bag, count all the cans/bottles, and deposit the money straight into the HMS PSO Bottle Drop account. If you have any questions, please contact the PSO at hmspsopresident@gmail.com.
Thank you for helping us support the students at HMS!
