Zumba for Kids!

Mondays 4:30-5:20pm

The same great Zumba class except toned down for kids! With music they enjoy and dance moves they can learn. A great way to get in shape and have a great time.


Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm

At Bella Buddha, we teach children through music, song, story-telling, dance, and games. Your child will be introduced to meditation techniques, yoga asanas, the yamas and niyamas (yoga’s 10 ethical guidelines for living), and relaxation techniques, and have lots of fun doing it!


Tuesdays, 11:15am-12:15pm

Not just for mommies but for daddies and grandparents too! Share the gift of yoga with your child as you develop your practice together. This class is adaptable for all ages, from newborns up to children 3 year old.
