We still need help reaching out to other local businesses about possible donations. Here are ways you can help:
· Email/Call: Contact a list of businesses provided by the fundraising committee by phone or email. All the templates will be provided, we just need your help to make the calls and/or send the emails.
· In Person: The committee will provide you with the template of what to say when soliciting and a letter business require for tax purposes.
· Personal Contacts: Reach out to your circle of friends, family, neighbors and local businesses where you frequent and see if they would be willing to donate a gift certificate or an item for the auction. These are usually the easiest donations to secure.
Funds raised in the auction go directly towards supporting our teachers with enrichment programs and classroom enrichments tools. See flyer below for even more information. Thank you in advance!
Please contact Michelle75001@yahoo.com or christinabuehlman@gmail.com for more information.
