A Message From Holicong's Parent Council....
Hello Holicong Parents,
We still are in need of a few food items for our very special educators and staff luncheon on Thursday, May 9th. We want to acknowledge the crucial role our teachers and staff play in making sure our students receive a quality education by preparing a special luncheon for them. Many of you signed up for donations, and we have just a few food items left to fill. Please follow the Sign Up Genius link below for details to help:

CB Plays it Straight
CB Cares Educational Foundation has received funding from a grant sponsored by the PLCB to create a campaign message targeted to students about the importance of zero tolerance for underage drinking. CB Cares created the dominate message, A Winning Hand Is Alcohol-Free, along with the tagline CB Plays It Straight - knowing most kids avoid risky behavior and choose not to drink by engaging in positive, pro-social activities in their lives. In December, a poster contest was conducted for students where they submitted an illustration off what their “winning hand” looks like by creating an image of the activities they do in their free-time. Each middle school principal identified a team of students to work with CBCEF to assist with the campaign, select materials and help promote the final message.
Winners were selected and their images were unveiled in April for Alcohol Awareness Month.
Holicong winner: Gabby S. (7th grade)
