An Interview With Mrs. Winfield

About Mrs. Winfield
Mrs. Winfield graduated from ATM, where she earned her degree in teaching high school math. Her love for the school is evident in the posters and support she shows around her room.
Mrs. Winfield currently teaches PAP Algebra 2, which she says she loves. Mrs. Winfield has taught mathmatics for 17 years.
Mrs. Winfield has amazing organizational skills. She has a very clearly organized classroom set up and has clear classroom rules that all of the students know and follow. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to see and find.
Mrs. Winfield is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about her subject, which is PAP Algebra 2. She can answer any questions that students throw at her and she is able to look at a students work and see what they did that they could have fixed or done better.
Mrs. Winfield is confident and able to control the classroom well. She has the natural born leader that all teachers need, that allows her to take control of the room, and handle all types of situations well.

- She believes that on a scale from 1-10, the amount of self-motivation it takes to be a teacher is 10.
- She also works about 50-60 hours per week.
