Corbett Grade School
March 2022
Corbett Grade School Principal, Michelle Dawkins
Dear Families,
We are now entering the final trimester of the 2021-22 school year. It has been so wonderful to watch our students settle into working hard academically and becoming strong class communities. The strength our staff and students have shown this year has been inspiring to watch first hand.
I would also like to acknowledge how thankful we are for our educational assistants. Each day they provide support in our classrooms and provide supervision during meal and recess times. They have also been instrumental in providing a safe routine for our arrival and departures this year. We appreciate their dedication to our school.
In our final trimester, classrooms are planning field trips, our students in grades 3-5 will prepare for state testing, and we will see changes in guidance on face coverings beginning March 12. To help our families with their questions and concerns, I have scheduled a GS Principal Chat for Tuesday, March 8 at 6:30pm. Principal Chat Meeting Link This will be a virtual meeting with the hopes of meeting in person in April.
Cheers,
Michelle Dawkins
Corbett Grade School Principal
