Stuart Mesa Parent Newsletter week of 8/17/20
We want all our parents to know that we create classes and placements based on enrollment information provided by parents. This year, we were heavily impacted by families with PCS date changes, delays, and postponements. Along with Surfside changes that occurred last week and Virtual Teacher Assignments, our class assignments may be adjusted to reflect actual student enrollment.
First Day Notes:
All Elementary Students should have received an email from their teacher with their Zoom link for your first day Zoom meeting. If you have not received an email with Zoom information, please email the teacher.
If for any reason you are not able to connect to the Zoom class, please email the teacher and email our attendance at: firstname.lastname@example.org
The student will receive credit for attendance if you email and let us know you had a problem and you were not able to get into the class or if the student had no access to internet.

Student Materials/ Device Pick Up
We have another materials distribution planned for Thursday, Aug. 27th. Additional student materials and workbooks for students will be available for pickup. Distribution will be by last name in order to support our families with multiple students attending Stuart Mesa.
