Vitamin D is important for good overall health and strong and heathy bones. It's also an important fact in making sure your mussels, heart, lungs and brain work well and that your body can fight infection.

Deficiency of vitamin D is depression. Without the sun you will be depressed. Another deficiency is having bone pain and muscle weakness. You can also become bow legged.
Functions of vitamin D
