Readers' Workshop~
- During Readers' Workshop, we focused on learning more about a particular character by reading book series.
- As a class, we read and discussed books about the story character Julian in The Stories Julian Tells. We looked closely into the character by analyzing and evaluating how he handles situations, how he interacts with other characters, and how he acts within each story.
- During Guided Reading, we continued to work on learning more about Cause and Effect
- To begin our animal research projects, we selected a book about an animal if interest. As we read the book, we made notes as to the animals diet, habitat, predators, features, etc.
Writers' Workshop~
