Principal's Message
Dear 2020-2021 Kindergarten Parents,
Welcome to Riverview Elementary! We are already looking forward to next fall and the start of the 2020-2021 new school year. Thank you so much for completing the initial intake form for your Future Falcon! We already cannot wait to meet them!
Below you will find a 15-minute Kindergarten Presentation for you to watch at your leisure. If you are a returning family and would prefer to view and read the slides instead, please click HERE.
In order to finalize enrollment, we ask that you send us five documents total. To keep them straight, we will be sending the required five Action Items listed in TWO separate emails headed your way.
Please be on the lookout for the following:
Enrollment Action Item Email #1: Action Items: Complete the RE Enrollment form and the Home Language Survey.
Step 1: Complete two documents attached in the email: (1 – RE Enrollment form and 2 – Home Language Survey form)
Step 2: Fill out each form, and SAVE it. **These forms are able to be filled out electronically. If you have any technical difficulties, please Reply to the Email, and Mrs. Graham will send you the forms in a google doc instead.
Step 3: Send the completed PDF documents to our amazing secretary, Debbie Graham at DGraham@usd232.org.
Enrollment Action Item Email #2: Action Items: Scan/Email the next three documents to us. These documents are required by the state to have on file for each student in our district.
While it is perfectly acceptable to send me each document as you get it, if you are able to send all three documents in ONE email, that would be ideal!
Step 1: Scan a copy of your child’s birth certificate. (required by Kansas Statue)
Step 2: Scan a copy of your child’s full immunization records. (These should come from your child’s Pediatrician office.)
Step 3: Scan a copy of Proof of residency (copy of current utility bill, real-estate contract, etc.)
Step 4: Email DGraham@usd232.org and attach these THREE documents.
- If you are having a hard time getting ahold of any of these three documents, please just go ahead and send Mrs. Graham whatever you have. Our office team can start entering information into the system now on any of the documentation you provide, and something is always better than nothing!
- If you do not have a way to scan any of the documents at this time, please do not worry and we will find a way to collect the information at a later date.
If you have any questions about enrollment paperwork, please email Debbie Graham at DGraham@usd232.org. If you did not receive these emails, please visit the school website to download the Enrollment Form and Home Language Survey by clicking HERE.
Make it a great day!
