District Wide Information for the Week of 10/5
Meeting with the Principals
On Wednesday, October 7 from 4:00-5:00, the principals will make themselves available to parents via Zoom to answer any questions about the hybrid/distance learning model. We will be working hard this week to make sure everything is ready to go for on-campus learning.
We tried very hard to give you your first preference of learning model and keep your students with their teachers, but we couldn't in all cases. We will inform you early this week regarding your child's placement. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We look forward to talking to you on Wednesday.
Flu Vaccination Clinic
Site Council Openings
Help each school develop plans to improve the educational experience for all of our students. Contact either Tim Grimmett (Pine Hill) or Heather Becksted (South Bay) for more information.
Self-Screening Required
When we come back on campus, parents will need to complete an online symptom screening for your children before coming to school. Details about this online screener will be delivered this week.
We would also like to thank everyone for wearing a mask on campus. Wearing a mask is a requirement on our two campuses indoors and when maintaining a minimum of six-feet of physical distancing is not possible. Thank you for being a part of the solution! Please see this page for more information about face coverings and how they help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Food Distribution for 20-21
From the Family Resource Center:
We have plenty of diapers for families that are in need! We are also currently signing families up for our weekend food bag program through Food For People. This program will start on October 9. Please call to check for availability at 707-445-5933. We look forward to working with you!
