Home Arts - G104
Mrs. Kurani provides Home Arts (Culinary Arts) for 6-8th grade students where they learn to cook a variety of tasty delights from muffins to pizza and have fun taste-off competitions.
Art - G105
Mr. Lewis teachers Art to 6 - 8th grade students. He teaches a variety of media and techniques. Check out samples of award winning projects by our students in G105 and in our library.
Technology - G107
Mrs. Smathers teaches computer technology, video editing and many career exploration modules in her technology classes for 6- 8th grade students.
Spanish - E105
Mrs. Blanco offers Spanish 1 to 7th and 8th grade students. See Mrs. Blanco for more information on the differences between Spanish 1a/1b and Spanish 1 offerings.
Application Electives
Las Flores offers multiple elective options by application only. Be sure to check with our ASB, PAL, Yearbook, and BNN teachers as well as your Academic Advisor for Office Aid so your child doesn't miss the application deadlines if they are interested in one of these electives.

Book Fair Author Signing
Don't miss our author signing at the book fair! James Matlack Raney author of the Jim Morgan series geared toward children ages 9-12 which includes King of Thieves, Pirates of the Black Skull and Door at the Edge of the World will be available to meet and sign your purchase of these books as well as his other available titles.
