To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will have a healthy mind. I will keep my mind healthy by not thinking that I will get sick every time I am near a sick person. I will also keep my body healthy by eating healthy and exercising.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in the future. But, I will react to that "pain" by keeping my cool and realizing it before it gets out of hand. What I will gain from that "pain" is that it can be positive. I can also get that I need it to tell me when I need to change my direction or point of view.
I Am Who I Am Because Of My Surroundings
I want happiness from life. So, I need to surround myself with happy people. I need to listen to happy songs and read books with happy endings. I need to watch shows that express happiness.
