Three different reasons that people get fat is because too many calories, too much sugar, and not enough exercise. If you were to drink a mountain dew you would be drinking a half of a sandwich bag full with sugar.

The average person should try to get 10,000 steps a day. But the average person gets 7000 to 8000.
