Health Forms: Please remember to complete any necessary health forms and provide relevant medications and/or allergy forms to the school office in advance of the first day of school. These medical forms are part of the district’s student registration process. Please visit this link for information about student accident insurance plans. Students new to District 103 must complete health forms.

Teacher Assignments: Unified Classroom/PowerSchool will post student teacher assignments on Friday, August 21. Our school offers Unified Classroom as the student information system. It serves as a tool for you to gain further insight to the academic progress of your child. It also provides the ability to view your child's demographic and attendance information on file with District 103. Updates to this information can also be requested through the school office. Additionally, we will use Unified Classroom to electronically post student report cards and progress reports. Access like this has been shown to positively impact student responsibility in completing assignments, as it helps to keep parents informed about their child’s performance on a consistent basis.
