Tarvin Times

Oct. 22, 2021

Trailblazers,

Students continue to create in the innovation lab and in the classrooms. It is fantastic to see their imagination and critical thinking come to life. All grade levels welcome your donations of recyclables. ( Light cardboard from cereal boxes and such is better than amazon boxes.) The innovation is still in need of

-Duct tape (any color or pattern)

-Old shoes for a 1st-grade activity. The shoes don't need to be a pair, and kid's sizes are best, but we'll take whatever we can get.

During the time in the innovation lab, students are charged with inventing a device that would help a child that uses hand crutches to be able to participate in a school scavenger hunt holding a magnifying glass. Students are really thinking out of the box!

Together in Learning,

Christy Hilbun
