Monday:

  • NO SCHOOL FOR ALL KSD K-5 KIDS
  • Communication regarding any class-list and/or teacher changes shared after 12:00


Tuesday
  • NO SCHOOL FOR ALL KSD K-5 KIDS


    • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

    • K-2 kids choosing to remain VIRTUAL begin with their new class and teachers.
    • K-2 kids choosing to return for in person learning return to the building
    • ALL 3-5th graders continue virtually.


    FRIDAY OCTOBER 16:

    • K-2 kids report to North Glendale
    • 3-5th kids remain virtual on their Friday virtual schedule


    Hang in there, take deep breaths and know that ALL will be well.

    While this has been a challenging year for everyone, we know this strong community will persevere and continue to provide educational opportunities for our students and teachers. We are moving forward with our annual General Fund Campaign for the 2020-21 school year and we ask families to consider donating to the campaign if they can do so during this difficult time.


    The North Glendale PTO is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to support the entire North Glendale community. The General Fund is one of our most important fundraisers and possibly the only fundraiser we will do this year. Instead of asking you or your child to sell cookie dough, pizza, or wrapping paper, we make it easy on everyone and ask for a one-time, tax deductable, monetary donation. Your General Fund Donation is vitally important for our two core initiatives:


    ✯ Educational Programs, Student Programs and Staff/ Teacher Incidental Programs

    ・STEM program equipment, Sacs of Science program, and STEM Fest

    ・Field Trips, Buses, and Art Enrichment (we hope to resume some of these activities next semester)

    ・Funding for each classroom teacher, school nurse, and specials teachers

    ✯ Community Programs

    ・Funding enriching and educational programs for our students

    ・Assisting with after school and community outreach programs

    ・Providing one complimentary buzz book per family.


    We welcome donations in any amount and greatly appreciate your support. North Glendale Elementary PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization #18599664. All donations are tax deductible. (Please remember to take advantage of any Matching Gift programs you may have through an employer as this can multiply the dollar amount that the school receives.)


    You can make your tax deductable General Fund donation right now with your Venmo account. Make payments to @NorthGlendale-PTO, please make sure to specify General Fund.

    Art To Remember ~ Virtually!

    Art To Remember ~ Virtually!

    North Glendale is participating in a creative fundraiser with Art to Remember that allows you to purchase keepsake products customized with your child's art. There are over 60 products and many are less than $15. These make great gifts and a percentage of every purchase goes right back to our school.


    The exciting part is that you can select any piece of artwork from home! You can use art from e-learning, choose a piece from earlier in the year, or create something new. Just click on the link below, search for your child's name, and upload the piece of artwork you selected. You can upload additional pieces and save them in a digital family gallery.
