Job Duties
A real estate agent pretty much does exactly what they do in the movies or TV shows. They present purchase offers to sellers for consideration. They also interview clients about what they are looking for. They also have to deal with a lot of paperwork.
Education
You can become a real estate agent and still not go to college. It is rare but very much so possible. You take a class to earn your license and pass three main tests. You can do this at a college, or university. Or you can get an acossiate's degree as well.

- The best paid earn about 98,000 anually.
- The lowest paid is about 21,000 anually.

You cannot get promoted unless you go to school to become a broker but the salary stays the same based on the economy.

Evaluation
I chose to research further into this career because I love to help people and have no problem with communicating with people. I am aslo pretty addicted to the show House Hunters on HGTV. I feel with this job, I would be able to actually say I love my job in the future because of the flexibility and the ability to be my own boss.
