Spanish Books Added to South Prairie Library
The Education Foundation recently awarded South Prairie Elementary’s library a $1,500 grant for the purchase of Spanish books. With the support of our dual language program teachers, our librarian purchased a variety of books which include popular series books, non-fiction texts, and many more. As a community with a growing Spanish speaking population, it is vital that our school supports our dual language program and our bilingual students. These books are checked out by both Spanish and English speaking students who want to build their literacy skills. Our students and staff are excited to see these new titles in our library!

Drumming Everywhere at Jr High
Music is on a ROLL at TJHS! Emma Bergman is leading kids in a drumming unit. They are being creative about when and where they practice their rhythms. This includes bucket drumming and fence drumming (evidence below.)
Act in Kindness Week at THS
February was a busy month at Tillamook High School! Seniors were celebrated during Senior Week with some goody bags and ice cream donated by the Tillamook Cheese Factory.
ASB spent some time decorating the halls to recognize the commendable efforts of the Class of 2021 as they inch closer to graduation.
