Covid-19 Response
As our world and the way we live in it changes due to COVID-19, Alabama CBF is thinking of and praying for you and your congregation. As we miss our friends from church and school, we are all thinking about how to adapt to the important changes we are making in our everyday lives that keep us all safe and honor the best practices from medical professionals, while still remaining the "presence" of Christ in our communities.
So, we are sharing links to the articles and information that we have found most helpful. We will continue to update our Facebook page with updates on information and creative ideas for being in community while we are unable to gather in large groups.
We join our hearts and prayers with yours for the well-being of our Alabama community and our neighbors around the world until the time comes that we can shake hands or hug each other again.
Together in Christ,
Terri

Other ideas:
Set aside a time for yourself that is sacred — a meditative time of day when you can focus on a scripture passage or meaningful hymn lyrics.
Contact 3 (or some appropriate number) people in your congregation each day — mail a card, send an email or text, make a phone call, reminding them that you are connected.
