Sight Words Buster Volunteers Needed!
- Sight Word Busters, a local non-profit, is still in need of volunteers one hour a week to help our youngest students master their sight words.
- There is a training next Wednesday, 10/26 at 9:00. There will be more trainings available in November. Please visit www.sightwordbusters.org to fill out the volunteer application and to watch the videos that show you what we do. You would work with each child in the classroom for only 2 minutes. It is fun and it is easy!
- We have not been able to start Mrs. Raz's class at all because we only have one volunteer for her room. Please consider donating one hour a week in the morning to help TK-2nd grade students master their sight words.
- Contact Bonnie Curtis if you have questions at 925-858-0424.
Volunteers are still needed!
- All programs offer support and guidance to volunteers! We have plans and materials to help our volunteers!
