Congratulations, J.P. Case Middle School Class of 2020!

On June 23, J.P. Case Middle School held a Virtual Promotion Ceremony to recognize, congratulate and honor the 8th-grade Class of 2020! On June 24, the students celebrated with a drive-through parade at J.P. Case. Teachers and staff proudly handed out diplomas and cheered for each team to commemorate the students' achievements. Summer Meal Availability

Parents can click on this link, enter their home address and search the USDA database to find where the nearest site is for them to receive free meals. Please view these flyers: Summer Food Service and en espanol. The Salvation Army, located at 40 East Main Street, Flemington, can provide meals to families from July 7 through August 27. Their phone number is (908) 237-9008. They are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The Flemington Food Pantry, located at 154 Route 31, Flemington, can also assist families in need of meals during the summer. Their phone number is (908) 788-5568. They are open Monday through Thursday, 9-11:30 a.m., select Wednesday evenings from 5:30-8 p.m. and select Saturdays from 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Our District’s Summer Reading Initiative has begun! Reading can lead to stronger academic success and wellness; therefore, the goals of the District's Summer Reading Initiative are to:

  • Empower readers through choice
  • Enable students to develop an independent reading life by cultivating interests and curiosities
  • Increase students’ reading volume and stamina, encourage “talk” around books, and allow for positive experiences with reading
