Happy Holidays
Happy Holidays!
Holiday News The SCA Holiday Shop will be here during lunches this week from Wednesday to Friday (12/7 -12/9). Please remember that it is cash only, items will be less than $10 each. It may also be a good idea to send your child with a reusable grocery bag if they plan to shop. This year we will have some local vendors selling handmade items. The SCA is sponsoring the annual calendar raffle as well. Forms were sent home with students but I have attached the flier here. These may make great stocking stuffers while helping to support the SCA. Viking string bags have arrived and will be available for purchase through the SCA as well. The Season of Hope Toy Drive is underway at Lounsberry Hollow School. We will be collecting new, unwrapped toys and gift cards for those in need this holiday season. Items will be used in the Toy Shop at Project Self Sufficiency that benefits families in Sussex County and can be dropped off in the school's main lobby from now until December 15th. This is part of the Stuff the Stocking initiative and the school with the most donations will claim the winning trophy! If you or someone you know is in need of assistance this holiday season, contact Project Self-Sufficiency at 973-940-3500. | Holiday Spirit Week 12/19 - 12/22 We will be celebrating the last week before Winter Break with our Spirit Week: 12/19 - Holiday Sweater Day 12/20 - Character Day/Red 12/21 - Crazy Hair/Hat/Antler 12/22 - Holiday Pajama Day 12/22 - Early Dismissal - Happy Holidays! | K-Kids Spread Holiday Cheer to CM and RH Lounsberry Hollow K-Kids spent some time reading to students at Cedar Mountain and Rolling Hills on December 6th and 7th. They selected their favorite holiday books and read to the students after school. Thanks to Mrs. Reed and Mr. Babich for spearheading this great initiative. |
