Hurricane Ian
Hurricane Ian is one of the most powerful storms to put the U.S. in danger. It made landfall in southwest Florida on Sept. 28 as a category 4 hurricane. Along its path, it washed away roads, bridges, cars, boats, homes, and any of thing in its way. Officials said more than 80 people died. “The damage is so extensive that, according to Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida, it may take years to rebuild.” Hurricane Ian had maximum sustained winds of around 155 miles per hour, making it a Category 4 storm. On Thursday, more than 500 people had been rescued in Charlotte and Lee counties, which were hit the hardest. The little town of Fort Myers Beach, on a barrier island just off the coast, appeared demolished. Hurricane Ian left Florida as a tropical storm, South Carolina residents were bracing for huge winds and heavy rain as it quickly became a hurricane again at sea. Some forecasters said it could strengthen again before doubling back onto land.

125 Left People Dead After Soccer Match in Indonesia
With over 300 hospitalized and 125 pronounced dead, this soccer match will go down as one of the worst tragedies in sports history. The home team, Arema FC, lost in a match against Persebaya FC, 2-3. Then thousands of fans began throwing bottles and other objects at players and soccer officials. The police began to use tear gas against the fans, which is banned at soccer games anyways and started really set everything off even more. This caused many people to suffocate and people were getting crushed. Television reports showed police and rescuers evacuating the injured and carrying the dead to ambulances. All this from angry fans.
SpaceX Last Week
From Boca Chica, there are many things that happened last week. To begin Big plumes were spotted. Presumably, they were caused by the tested destructions of an e-dome starship prototype needed to see what limits it had. As it was sitting there for a long while, this is the first time anything happened to it in a while. On ship 26 there is now ease of use for their launch termination doors. Introducing hinged doors instead of outdated unscrewing of the panels. There are MANY workers swarming the launch pad of the starship. This is to improve the blast shielding capiliblites of the launch platform. Booster 7 is still in the high bay and will soon be ready for a 33-engine static fire test. The AFT section of booster 9 was finally brought out! This is the part that mounts the engine to the rest of the booster.
