Winter Qigong Schedule

What is Qigong?

Qigong is Chinese/Taoist exercise for health and longevity. It includes meditation, breathing exercises and movements designed to move the qi, or energy of the body. Healing qigong is a very gentle and powerful way to heal the body and mind. It is the ultimate self-healing for preventive medicine and health. It's also fun and makes you feel good!


These classes are in series by the month, and tend to address seasonal changes. We learn a more in-depth understanding of a form over the month. Cost: $75 and includes instruction booklet.

Tuesdays (5, 12, 19, 26)—noon – 1 pm

Hulu Gong Qigong and Immune BoostLearn how to keep your immune system strong this season.

Tuesdays (5, 12, 19, 26)—5:30 – 7 pm

Jade Body—Dr. Liu Dong’s signature form, is great for increasing flexibility of the spine and supporting all the organ systems. Embodies movements of the turtle, crane and dragon. Great in the wintertime.


Tuesdays (2, 9, 16, 23)—noon – 1 pm

Ling Gui—Liu family form of Turtle Qigong, great for the spine and muscle flexibility, tone and circulation.

Tuesdays (2, 9, 16, 23)—5:30 – 7 pm

Jade Woman—Master Liu He’s signature form for circulation, hormonal support, and liver health. Good for pre-spring qi awakening.


Fridays: 9 am – 10:15 am—All levels welcome and the form varies from time to time.
