Please understand that everyone will come back to work with a different perspective of and comfort level related to COVID. Be respectful to your colleagues. These precautions have been outlined with the expectation that all staff members will follow them, at all times, for the general well-being of one another and in compliance with MISD requirements and guidelines provided to us by TEA. As hard as it may be to not be able to hug an old friend, buddy up for team & faculty pictures, our priority is the safety of our school family. If you have any concerns or questions regarding these expectations, please feel free to reach out to me.
Any knowledge of exposure to or positive identification of COVID is strictly confidential and not to be discussed with one another. We have procedures in place for official communication, and discussing any situations outside of that is a violation of HIPAA laws.
